Happy New Year to all our esteemed members! As we embark on this new year, we wish everyone health, happiness and enjoyment both on and off the football field.

Our club continuously strives for excellence and this new year is no exception. We are committed to upholding and enhancing our club's ethos, focusing on respect, good sportsmanship, and positive conduct. To support this objective the committee are determined to renew our emphasis on the Club Code of Conduct.

It is vital that each one of us, whether as players, parents, guardians, coaches or supporters familiarises ourselves with this code and its principles. This is not just a formality but a fundamental part of our commitment to maintaining the club's culture and mission. The Code of Conduct, which encompasses guidelines for Players, Coaches, Parents and Guardians is designed to ensure a safe, fair, and enjoyable environment for everyone involved.

To demonstrate our collective commitment to these values, we are asking to sign a copy of the Code of Conduct. The document will be shared by coaches at training or a match for folks to complete and the signed document should be returned to the club committee by the end of January. By doing so, you will be affirming your dedication to the principles that make AFC Corsham a great club.

The Code of Conduct outlines essential behaviours and attitudes we expect in our community. They serve as a reminder that while winning is enjoyable, it is respect, effort, sportsmanship, and personal development that are of the greatest value.

Your adherence to the code is not just about following rules; it's about fostering a club culture where everyone can enjoy football in a supportive and positive environment.
